Exchange Policy

  • The exchange policy remains valid for 10 days after you have received the product. Any exchange/return received after 10 days will be considered invalid.
  • Exchange/Return Policy is not eligible for WITHOUT TAGS ITEMS.
  • Rs. 200 will be charged for delivery on exchange parcel.
  • In case of a difference in amount, it will be paid/received accordingly.
  • please note that this process may take 4-6 working days

 

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Pack the product in its original packaging with accompanying tags.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product(s) must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must ship/deliver the packet to our office address (provided in the form).
  • Once the form has been filled, please get the product(s) sent to the shipping details mentioned in the form along with the form
  • Once the product(s) has been received and approved, we will get your exchange dispatched from our end. (Depends on the sizes availability)

Return Policy

  • We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return policy is not eligible for items on SALE.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
